At CrownFraRed, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something is not right with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition.

Because our product is worn on the head and comes into direct contact with the scalp, used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

To request a return, please email CrownFraRedContact@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received, we will inspect the item.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or does not function properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assess it quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used or worn
Items returned after the 14 day return window
Products returned without original packaging
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
